As Plant Head – Acoustics, he is responsible for stabilizing new manufacturing setups, integrating advanced technologies, and ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge acoustic solutions that meet global benchmarks.

With over 25 years of diverse experience across construction projects, greenfield plant development, maintenance, EHS, and large-scale plant operations, Amol brings both technical depth and strategic insight to his role. His career journey began at Hindustan Construction Company, followed by key leadership stints at 3A Composites, before taking on the challenge of scaling acoustic plant operations.

Amol’s leadership style is deeply hands-on—spending extensive time on the shop floor to train teams across the production cycle, from manufacturing to dispatch. He champions continuous improvement projects, process innovation, and people development, ensuring that plant performance consistently aligns with customer expectations and industry standards.

An Electronics Engineering graduate from Mumbai University, Amol combines a strong technical foundation with operational foresight. His passion for efficiency, quality, and team development continues to play a vital role in shaping the future of manufacturing excellence at Univicoustic.
